• 1 page to record your quarterly goals
• 1 page to record your key events/milestones throughout the year
• 100 pages of weekly schedule – record activities Monday to Sunday, input your Goals, and add a list of To Do’s to the week
• 6 pages of lined notepaper at the back to record any notes
• Paper printed both sides
• Paper is 80gsm – better quality than most cheap notepads
• Spiral bound on the left-hand edge in either black, silver, or white based on your preference
• White backing card is 500gsm – providing a sturdy backing
