Shipping Policy

We deliver to Mainland UK and beyond. We are more than happy to make our products available for collection from our warehouse on ex works terms. For more order and delivery information, please see below.

The shipping timeline depends on your order size and products you are purchasing. When you place an order, many of our products are made especially for you by our UK workforce and therefore all products are shipped as promptly as possible.

Orders up to £500 - typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders between £500 to £2,000 - typically dispatched within 10 days. We will confirm your despatch time after order, or feel free to message/call us to get a more accurate estimate.

Orders greater than £2,000 - can take up to 30 days to dispatch. We will confirm your despatch time after order, or feel free to message/call us to get a more accurate estimate.

The above order quantities and dispatch timescales are based on deliveries to Mainland UK.

For other areas, such as, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and European Countries, a delivery quotation is required as the cost is based on the number of parcels/pallets and overall weight of your consignment.

Dispatch and Timescales

Products will be despatched via reputable shipping partners like DHL, Royal Mail, and pallet companies etc. We use standard shipping services that will normally see your products delivered within 24 to 48 hours of leaving our warehouse, if you are located within the UK. We use tracked deliveries for our wholesale products.

The transit times vary by location, for the UK it is within 24 to 48 hours, and elsewhere ie. Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, European Countries and the Rest of the World will depend on each countries Customs Regulations.

Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. Innovative Product Ventures has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
